HydroPure Solutions is a Calgary based beverage destruction facility that offers a comprehensive service to recycle and reclaim unsaleable beverages and beverage containers. Received products are separated from their packaging and sorted into their independent waste categories (wood, cardboard, aluminum, plastic, effluent) which are then provided to end markets for recycling and reuse.

HydroPure Solutions is developing an ethanol recovery procedure to process the collected beverage effluent and transform it into two viable byproducts; reclaimed wastewater and ethanol. Ideally, this will end with zero waste from the unsaleable product. Ethanol can be used by industries to produce hand sanitizer, biofuel, windshield washer fluid, and more. Reclaimed wastewater, once tested to verify it as a non-potable water source, can be offered to local industries to reduce the need for fresh water. For example, to farmers for animal washing or vegetation production, or to cities for urban requirements such as lawn watering or street cleaning.
